Summary
The Sales Account Manager will manage and lead all communication with customers related to conflict resolution, orders and returns, agreements, and recommending solutions. They are responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a daily basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
Utilizing relationship development, sales skills, product knowledge, inventory management knowledge on a day-to-day basis.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
Managing good business relationships, providing prompt customer service, and increasing customer satisfaction.
Managing all communication with customers including resolution of conflicts, pricing negotiation to maximize profits, contracts review, and negotiation, orders and RMA returns.
Creating and conducting effective presentations (Company profile, product roadmap, and value proposition) that inspire prospective customers to partner with Lanner.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of activities such as sales calls, presentations, and follow-up in Company's CRM.
Leading or assisting new business development and market projections with other departments to work out sales strategies.
Working closely with project management team, quality team, and customers to identify successful quality standards and expectations.
Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history, identifying alternate means for filling orders.
Requirements
Extremely strong communication, interpersonal, relationship mgnt and professional sales skills.
Demonstrated ability to think creatively, work independently and accomplish goals.
Knowledge of Cyber Security and Networking infrastructure is a plus.
Comfort using SAP and CRM (Sales Force, Zoho, etc.) systems.
Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 3 years of experience in the field of network computing or in a related area.
Requires Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
Must be able to travel short and long distances for customer visits
Compensations
S03/S04 - $80K-104K plus KPI bonus – depending on experience, education, and certifications
